Ngl the hardest part of my grandma having Alzheimer’s is the fact that she’s the only person I have with me in person to celebrate by birthday with, and she has officially forgotten when it is this year. Like my mom died, my dad is absent.. I’m alone on Wednesday except for my BF & he’s in Canada.
