The "terrorist attack" by a traumatized former US child soldier who was torn from his homeland under threat of murder, relocated to a strange country where he had inadequate support and couldn't find work, and was just told he might be sent back to die.

I was in this same spot this morning taking pictures of ICE and just missed this arrest. ICE and CBP have been running all over the Upper Keys for the past few weeks.
