Wrong. There is a third pill. And it's being a true hater. I will never ever use AI or "learn how to use it" and will say it sucks forever.
There are basically only two positions in the debate about AI.
1. I’ve barely invested any time in learning how to use it effectively. AI sucks.
2. I’ve invested in learning how to use this tool. Holy cow, it’s transformational.
Position #1 has lower barriers to entry.

My opinion is that if AI is transformational to your work it was not very good before. I'm not talking about finding it useful occasionally - the claim is transformational.
