Yesterday was my monthly day of delivering food boxes. Township I work for gets from STL food bank, and I deliver those boxes to seniors who make very little/rely on social security and SNAP. This month we went from 45 boxes to 25 boxes, despite 45 people being on the list to get a food box.

The St. Louis soccer podcast community, and the St. Louis soccer community as a whole owe Phil a HUGE debt of gratitude. He's been a steady, constant voice here for a very long time and although he won't be on every week, I'm glad he'll still be contributing his perspective on soccer in STL.
Thought I’d make a small announcement as we wrapped up the final official show of the season last night that I’ll be stepping away from weekly shows at @FlyoverFooty. It’s purely a family decision! I have three boys and their time needs grow yearly.
