Here is what I've been up to the past few months! I've decided to switch development of Dotty back to GBstudio with a new gameplay style. Honestly, Godot is not my thing, and I am much more accustomed to working with GBstudio. I hope you like it so far!

believe me as an Australian I've been sitting here just sorta witnessing the horrors that I can't do anything about.
All I can really do is spread the word to people in countries that can do something and tell people that we need more then just nitro cancels.

I'm trying to be as nice as possible but I need to state that you've been flat out wrong about what this video is about, he argued against what you're talking about and I get the impression you either didn't watch the video or you didn't parse what he was talking about and start making stuff up.

I'd also like to circle back to the being young part, I think Ryan's point is noodle shows his age with video like Kong and Halo in that he focusses on what those games do that he's created blind spots for himself for what came before.

I might need to re-watch that video because that wasn't the impression I got from that? I thought he was talking about how the standards for displays affected how people handled pixel art now compared to when everyone had a crt and how it's getting harder to replicate that look

He made that video right before AI got as bad as it is right now and he's said several times that videos aged because of how rapidly things changed and he wishes it wasn't his most popular video because of how outdated the information in it is and how he wished he focussed on more important parts.

I wish he has more confidence in his directing abilities but I can see executives going for this and pushing people out for it even if it's shit.
