Therapy breakthroughs feel like I’ve been swimming in quicksand and I’m now only finding out that the bottom beneath the sand is only a few inches. So if I stand, I’ll still sink as deep into the sand as I did before, but now I’ll be vertical and standing instead of horizontal and flailing
