The EPA's reasoning to justify repealing greenhouse gas regulations for power plants is so tortured, I feel like my brain has been waterboarded after reading it 🤯

I would like to see a calculation of the mileage cost for offsetting vs full electric
The EU's 2035 combustion engine ban should be weakened to allow carbon offsets and hybrids, says Manfred Weber, leader of @eppgroup.bsky.social

But officials in the EPP led European Commission say that's "highly unlikely".

I bought an eUp in December 2013 - why does 14 years have to pass before a similar EV is made by VW?!?

After nearly two weeks of overwhelming uncertainty, today it happened. I was fired from my dream of working at NOAA. I'm so sorry to everyone also affected.

I've been encountering over the past few days the claim that the planet is warming twice as fast as predicted. This is entirely untruthful and unhelpful.
The planet is warming AS fast as predicted, which is cause enough for dramatic action.

The truth is bad enough!
