Mental health services should have transition workers for 18-year-old’s moving from CAMHS to adult services and inpatient units for 18-25 year olds. Turning 18 and having to move to adult services was scary.

Many ADHD/autistic people are made to feel unproductive when actually their hyperfocus and differences in attention means that they likely produce twice the amount of work as anyone else in a few hours then need the next few hours to rest. Output is less consistent but there.

The Clone Wars has the greatest depth, characterisation and storylines of any Star Wars movie or show. The only tv series I’ve watched from start to finish 6 or 7 times.
