Not a fermentation recipe... but I've started making jam with gelatin so that I can control the added sugar (or use a sugar alternative). 😄🍓

It's super easy and quick. And I love it because my kids get their after school PPJ without a heap of sugar.

My strawberries are blooming bright and starting to set fruit, which means it's time for strawberry ferments! I usually make a simple, sweet ferment.
