Just be on the safe side. It's in the individual blogs settings, not overall acct settings if you're like me and had trouble finding it.
For what it's worth-regarding Tumblr, and it partnering with AI companies. There's an option, "Prevent Third Party Sharing" in your settings which apparently opts you out of being included in the datasets. The last option in the screenshot here-
