Does anyone else need a little breathing room after a conference—just to think?
Not to sprint into the next thing, but to quietly sort through all the new ideas, the passing conversations that linger, and the moments that made you feel seen or inspired without feeling pressure?

Heading back to the states today and I cant seem to stop the tears in my eyes.
I have heavy family stuff to deal with once I land but I am also feeling despair, anxiety, hopelessness, and anger with the country I call home.
