I got reprimanded at work recently, and have been sort of struggling with my identity of who I am there because it was the first one I'd ever gotten, but my manager of today said "You know, when you're here, I don't worry about anything" and honestly I really needed that.

i love playing ttrpgs i love raising money for good causes and helping ppl have fun but the thing that really makes me happy is when ppl tell me i* ran an efficient and smooth event like that fuels me
