Drafting a "peace plan" with Putin and then telling the Ukrainians to accept it is not mediation. It's acting as an agent for the Kremlin. Trump's and Witkoff's efforts to appease Putin are deeply disappointing. I was fooled into thinking Trump had finally figured Putin out. Looks like I was wrong

PIP is not an "out of work benefit". A lot of what people use PIP for is to actually help them work. Making it harder to access will mean fewer people get genuine, rather than political soundbites, support. It is going to devastate lives. This is a cruel and pointless policy which only causes harm.

Farage's 'genius' has laways been to make it absolutely clear what he stands for & who he is without ever actually saying it all out loud. (Anjem Choudary, a trained lawyer, was similarly 'gifted' until hubris removed his mask.)

There is a massive row between Rupert Lowe and Nigel Farage over at The Other Place, but this quote from Farage to the Telegraph seems the heart of it: Farage ordered Lowe to not use "repatriation" in the speech. He doesn't seek the AfD path, and knows that would cap Reform's support a lot.
