This race could very easily be decided by challenged ballots. Use this link to track your ballot, and remind your friends and family to do the same: info.kingcounty.gov/kcelections/...

I highly recommend encouraging all of your friends and neighbors to do the same. If this race is as close as it’s looking it could be, that could save Wilson volunteers time curing ballots.

Katie Wilson has a long record of effective, successful advocacy for better transportation in Seattle. Bruce Harrell's record is mixed. Seems obvious to me that we're better off with the real thing. Vote for @wilsonforseattle.bsky.social!
Seattle mayoral candidates Harrell, Wilson take different roads to address transportation issues
Mayor Bruce Harrell and challenger Katie Wilson have similar visions on transportation issues. But in a congested city, small differences can add up.

I cannot in good conscience participate in an event that will drive viewers and dollars to a broadcasting corporation that colludes and capitulates, that collapses like a house of cards under pressure from the Trump Administration. My detailed comments below.

It’s not too late for progressives who made a mistake and endorsed Bruce Harrell to do the right thing and change their endorsements. The explanation is dead simple, as these things go, and is a lot less embarrassing than continued support for Harrell under current circumstances.

Great review of a great book; I think this gets at one of the things that made it stand out so much, that it's a political drama about recognizable characters with recognizable moral values who, nevertheless, do not simply act as avatars for a 21st century reader.

I was happy to endorse @wilsonforseattle.bsky.social about a split second after she announced…and today it was a pleasure to cast my vote for her. Let’s elect a mayor with a positive vision for the future of Seattle!

Fellow Seattleites: I beg you. Please do not reelect this absolute tool, this non-entity, this empty suit. Please elect someone who will put Seattle's purported progressive values into action. (Her name is Katie Wilson.)

Seattle needs even-year Council elections. Odd-year is anti-democratic.
King County isn't done counting yet, but the citywide race for the Seattle City Council already has 81,963 more voters participating this year (an even year) than in 2021 (an odd year).

That's 340,761 voters in 2024 compared to 258,798.
