The president is sending the military to control American cities and if you're a reporter who's framing that illegal power grab as "pushing the boundaries of constitutionality" or "acting boldly to fight crime" or whatever, please go find another line of work where you won't get us all killed.

I can't even begin to describe how angry it makes me that so many people in positions of power in the medical world are fighting against this. Nobody should be getting sicker or dying because they had to go to a medical appointment or be hospitalized. Why is that so hard for people to understand?

My kid is competing at Canada Games this year. 4,000 athletes will be living in close quarters. I want to be excited for my kid but, of course, covid is being totally ignored by the organizers and I am nervous that she will get sick at the games. Societal level covid denial sucks big time.

The best thing we can do to protect health care in Canada is to stop pretending that there isn’t a virus circulating that is accompanied by a high incidence of long term health issues.

Canada should be washing our hands of airborne-denier Bonnie Henry, not celebrating her. Shame on Order-of-Canada advisory council and the Governor General.
It’s truly a sad day when someone like Bonnie Henry receives Canada’s highest order for ignoring science & pushing policies that do not protect Canadian citizens. Instead, she protected the oligarchy…promoting restaurants, travel, shopping, schools as safe…no clean air policy!

So many people feel like the ONLY way to celebrate something is to sit inside a restaurant and eat. In a way, a lack of creative thinking is fuelling the transmission of covid.

The news is making me feel slightly unhinged so it made me feel sucky that instead of thanking for me for spending 2 hours grocery shopping and 3 hours cooking and baking, my teen tells me that maybe we need a break from muffins (low fat, low sugar, fruity muffins).
