It led to me having POTS, which is debilitating AF. I may also have MCAS, waiting for the lab tests results.
Long Covid can basically damage the entire autonomic nervous system. some only get partial damage and others get more! My digestive system has been the same way since sadly.
Just want to say that Long Covid had my digestive system in shambles until Zepbound. It has been such a significant quality of life difference. If your Long Covid has a digestive element to it - I highly recommend a GLP-1.

I turned 38 this week, and even though I’m the most disabled I’ve ever been, it was my best birthday be I did what I wanted to do. No catering to others, no making ppl comfortable, just me being chill and enjoying peace.

I’ve been keeping my POTS diagnosis a secret, or playing it low-key. But it’s whipping my behind and I need ppl to know I’m unwell and I don’t need health advice.
What I do need advice on is how to give ppl an elevator pitch on POTS.

What would be considered a livable hourly wage for 20-30 hrs per week? I haven’t been hourly in a good number of years, but have the opportunity to offer hourly employ.

I’m torn about whether to rough it out at my job or to start exploring my options. I built this damn program from the ground up, that’s what keeps me. But, it’s a nonprofit with no prospects and I want higher pay, generally speaking.
