Ummm…this is the fascism?
They actually have been doing this some, I hear. But you know, losing TSA Precheck seems like a pretty okay sacrifice for grinding fascism into dust
And for folks now fearing “what if they revoke my TSA precheck,” well lately the precheck line at PHL is longer than the regular line, so... 😂😂

Hey, real big question; why exactly is Israel still just being allowed to illegally settling the West Bank?

None. There are none reasons.

This is the intent. The Senate is controlled opposition at this point and everything it does furthers the aims of the fascist takeover being orchestrated by Stephen Miller.
Genuine question about Senate Democrats' new demands re: DHS funding:

What reason is there to believe that, even if they were passed, the Trump administration would comply?

Body cams won't stop this.

We want abolition. They want surveillance.

Dems coalescing around 5 restrictions on ICE, I'm told:

DHS required to cooperate with state probes (big)
CBP stays at border
warrants for arrests
IDs, bodycams
ICE out of churches, schools

"That package unites a lot of Dems," Sen Chris Murphy tells me on the pod:

Exactly.

They are Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Not law.

It’s literally in the name.
ICE is not law enforcement, they are not police, they are paramilitary. Opposing ICE is not against law enforcement, it is not against police, it is against paramilitary.

All the Western leaders waxing lyrical about the International Rules Based Order have allowed this to happen contrary to --- checks notes --- the International Rules Based Order.
Death in Gaza isn’t limited only to drones, gunfire, artillery shelling, infectious diseases, or the grinding famine. It can come, too, from the very act of eating, after a prolonged period of starvation. Malnutrition has already claimed hundreds of lives, yet in Gaza, even food can kill.
In Gaza, We’re Struggling to Reintroduce Foods to Bodies Adjusted to Starvation
A sudden influx of nutrients after famine can cause spikes in blood glucose and fatal electrolyte imbalances.

Why would ANYONE BESIDES GREENLAND get to supervise Greenland’s mining rights?!
It’s clear that not all European governments are on the same page when it comes to what exactly was in an apparent agreement between NATO chief Mark Rutte and Donald Trump on Greenland yesterday.

To what extent is this a specific reaction to the fact that the Senate bill *specifically* disincluded the House members that would have been eligible for the same (disgusting) money grab?
Unanimous vote in the House to repeal provision letting Senators sue the US over the Jan 6 probe and get millions of dollars

Genuinely endearing how much the two chambers hate each other. A true Legolas/Gimli meme for House members against their true enemy, the Senate
