My money is on Shia LaBeouf, Joaquin Phoenix, or James Franco.

Is it just me, or was the latest Rick and Morty unexpectedly moving?

In today's episode of "Most of your ancestors were xenophobic", I just discovered the origin of the Australian slang "to carry on like a pork chop" is the older phrase "like a pork chop in a synagogue" 😬

For a genre that came out of raves and clubs, dnb/jungle just hits so well on a glorious sunny day. skeemask.bandcamp.com/album/essent...

What George Lucas got right about the original trilogy, but has never managed to replicate since, is that I was a little kid when those came out

I’ve loved so much of @aptshadow.bsky.social’s sci-fi that the different style of City of Last Chances has been a delicious surprise. Notes of Mervyn Peake with sprinklings of the less goofy parts of Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams, but a distinct voice and style and compelling world building.

I was driving through semi jungle today in Brazil (this is easily the most ridiculous sentence I’ve ever started a social media post with) and it reminded me of this glorious game I never managed to beat on my Apple //e, The Mask of the Sun. These were *immersive* graphics for me as a kid.

The cncf must get back to some of the basics discussed at the start. The only way to make a large number of projects sustainable is for there to be clear business models that support the employment of maintainers and simplify the process of acquiring customers to fund this.
Wrt the NATS/CNCF thing. Some thoughts:

1. Not every project is right for the CNCF. You are giving up control and you get community, support and a place to collaborate.

2. There may be things that the CNCF could/should do to help projects that are small and driven by a single company.

FYI, when reading out items from a menu, "Langoustine" rhymes with "Dancing Queen".
