How soon until MAHA starts advocating for the elimination of FDA regulation entirely.

Make everything available over the counter, with no safety standards or demonstrations of efficacy. Leave it up to the free market to decide what succeeds!

(Except vaccines of course!)
FDA Chief Makary just said that most drugs should be sold over the counter and not require a prescription, unless it’s “unsafe, you need laboratory tests to monitor…or if it could be used for some nefarious purpose or it's addictive”.

Bacteria celebrate as antibiotic resistance enters the chat.
FDA chief Marty Makary says 'everything should be over the counter' unless drug is unsafe or addictive
Makary said the FDA is looking at prescription drugs like nausea medications and vaginal estrogen, and hopes to make changes this year.

Good timing! Casey Means has her nomination hearing now scheduled for Feb 25.

Will post my video to YouTube on Sunday.
A preview of my upcoming, unflattering video on Casey Means and her book Good Energy. It's been given the thumbs up by both the lawyer and the nutrition scientist. Now just waiting for her to be in the news again to get the algorithmic boost before publication.

No, Rep Mace. Unless the files mention Tom Hanks, LeVar Burton, or Keanu, I would not be shocked.

This is the key point - it's not about Moderna's flu vaccine, it's about sending a signal to the rest of the industry that vaccine development isn't viable in the US. It's all part of the larger anti-vaccine agenda.
FDA's decision not to accept Moderna's flu vaccine filing has sent shock waves through pharma. "When there’s uncertainty about the path to approval & the reliability of the process, that really has pretty serious consequences,” one player told @jasonmast.bsky.social. www.statnews.com/2026/02/12/f...
FDA’s rejection of Moderna threatens to stifle broader vaccine industry
Experts say the FDA "moved the goalposts" on Moderna, creating "a destructive precedent that will undermine the future of vaccine development" in the U.S.

Jamie Raskin not only graduated from Harvard with his JD, (editor of the Harvard Law Review)...he is so dedicated to our country and our constitution that this man BURIED HIS SON, came into work the next day to experience an insurrection, and started writing articles of impeachment THAT DAY. 1/
“You’re not even a lawyer,” Pam Bondi yells at Jamie Raskin, who graduated from Harvard Law School, has written several books about the legal system, and has taught constitutional law for more than 25 years.

I’ve watched a lot of congressional hearings over the last 40 years. This performance by Bondi is the single most unprofessional, non-responsive, reprehensible and obnoxious I have ever seen from any witness who has testified before any committee of either chamber.

Huh, I'm no political expert but "we don't want punish child rapists because the stock market is doing well" seems like bad optics.
Bondi crashes out over Epstein: "The Dow is over 50,000 dollars! I don't know why you're laughing. You're a great stock trader as I hear, Raskin. The Dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000, and the Nasdaq smashing records. That's what we should be talking about."

Republicans are continuing to support a child rapist as our President.

They have lost the right to complain about anyone else’s “indecency” ever again.

Threatening to do the right thing but not following through is meaningless.

For those unaware, the Constitution prevents any member of Congress from criminal or civil punishment in response to revealing Epstein's client list while on the House or Senate floor.

I'm hardly the first person to note this, but it's enormously instructive that our President and his followers saw the message "THE ONLY THING MORE POWERFUL THAN HATE IS LOVE" and understood it, correctly, as an attack on them
What a moment.

I hope Dems begin to see that moderate or progressive, AIPAC is not our friend.

They endorse January 6th insurrectionists. Yet if you so much as suggest the US uphold its own Leahy laws, no matter your record, they will work against you.

I got in SO MUCH trouble for this hugely viral tweet back in 2018 (from MAGA types mostly) but I stand by it (and in fact at the time the Auschwitz Museum defended me when people yelled at me that Auschwitz was a “death camp” not a concentration camp). My DENTIST congratulated me for this one

One by one, Europeans mentioned in the Epstein files who still hold political office are beginning to resign or are being forced out of office.

Meanwhile, ruled by an administration almost entirely made up of Epstein associates, the US carries on as if nothing really happened.

Why do so many awful people pass through Stanford?!?

Is there something about Stanford that attracts them? Or does our campus transform seemingly normal people into morons & monsters?

If someone wants a new research project, maybe that should be the question!

The secret to longevity is not some superfood, expensive supplement, or the latest trendy diet or lifestyle fad.

The 2 most important factors:
- Don’t smoke
- Be born in a wealthy zip code

But influencers can’t market that, so instead social media algorithms push endless bullshit du jour.
