My stamp order ✉️ just arrived, and they are fresh. Some of them are new from the postal service just a few months ago, and I am eager to put them to use. So if you would like a zine mailed to you with fresh stamps I have some good ones in my pinned thread:

Man, we should have stories about rich fucks getting tormented for every holiday.

Sword Ballet? 🤔
I'm going to make an RPG of The Nutcracker, and it's going to be two entirely disparate halves: the first part is a tactical maps and minis wargame about the battle of the mice and the tin soldiers, and the second part is a melodramatic romance game about the sugar plum fairy and the cavalier

I'm just tickled thinking about explaining to Edvard Munch or some 15th century woodcutter that we were inspired by their art to make a game about writing a horror-tinged diary or a little goblin that's actually a sky-pirate.
... long dead, because if someone were inspired like this about something I made I'd be excited to see it, and I feel I want to send them the games (when they're done) so they can see how they inspired me.

I'm doing my best!
I send every game/zine someone buys from me as stamped letter mail. It has been several thousand dollars in stamps over the past three years.

Tell me you notice and love them among your deliveries?

With every corner of the internet getting worse, 2026 might be a good time to see if we can dramatically increase the use of first class postage stamps.

Me, @ehronlime.bsky.social, and @aaronmfking.bsky.social have stepped from the shadows to make the Council of Aarons public. We pass judgement on 3 Harvests, and evaluate the course of 2025--at least in tabletop games.

In the middle of binding a personal copy of the #TTRPG Sword Opera by @ericfarmer.bsky.social et al.

Spun some of my own thread from existing strands of burgundy, blue, and grey. It felt like it fit the San Mercurio setting without being stereotypically associated with any Italian city.

Movie you’ve watched more than six times with a gif. Hard mode: no Stars (Wars nor Trek), LOTR, or Marvel.

Hell yeah, Hearts of Wulin is incredible!
Soup drama, relationship drama: Road to Empress' success as a streaming game phenomenon tells us there's a lot of potential Hearts of Wulin lovers out there.
Hearts of Wulin is a parade of over-the-top feelings and action at the same time
I love a game where the best thing to do is also the worst one.

My comic Relic is set to premier next year and I'm busy doing scripting now! Art is def way easier for me than the more tedious business of stuff like "making things make sense"

This one owes a lot to both Annihilation and The Colour Out of Space, if you like a little cosmic horror with your dungeon delving!
So, let me pitch you my adventures:

Keep on the Shining Isle takes your players to an island that changes its visitors, whether they want it to or not. They will have to explore the depths of the Keep to find out what happened to the long lost locals -- but wait, don't those apples look delicious?
Keep on the Shining Isle by Shel Kahn and the Sorcerer's Catalogue
A system-agnostic tabletop RPG dungeon featuring a haunted ruin, a mystery cult and some very tempting apples.

If you enjoy what I do and have a spare moment, do you mind making a quote repost of the quoted post? Or make a separate post linking to the Kickstarter? 🙏

Ok, so the Traveller 5e news is… well it’s whatever. Not really worth getting too exercised about I’d say about BUT thanks to looking up previous d20 iterations of Traveller my life has been #blessed to discover what may be hands down the single greatest piece of RPG art I’ve ever seen.
