This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

YES!
No one needs to speed except emergency services
(another benefit - car theft & other car-related crime would plummet).
My least popular (and most correct) view is that cars should be automatically limited to the local speed limit. Put the pedal to the floor and you still can't go over 25mph in a residential area.

(15 in Manhattan btw)
There is no possible justification for limiting e-bikes to 15mph but not cars.

"Weekly spin class ‘better than physio’ for people with common hip issue"
Yet another endorsement of regular cycling. So many people with health issues could avoid blighted lives & expensive therapy/gym membership by cycling their everyday journeys.

Weekly spin class ‘better than physio’ for people with common hip issue
The approach could also be more cost-effective for the NHS and could help tackle waiting times for physiotherapy, according to researchers.

The UK's train companies don't employ staff to help you avoid expensive mistakes (or sell you a ticket on the train you've just boarded). They pay lawyers to sue you when you make a mistake trying to navigate their labyrinthine pricing & ticketing options...
Buying train tickets is one of my least favourite parts of adulting, but I thought even I could manage to buy a ticket that was valid. I was wrong ⬇️

At around 8 PM on Monday evening, I bought a ticket from the machine at Euston station from London to Liverpool Lime Street. 1/8

Can anyone imagine London mayor Sadiq Khan slagging off the city’s public transport system quite like the US secretary of transportation does here for New York’s?
He thinks it’s "dirty", plagued by "criminals" from "homeless shelters" & "insane asylums”.
If he cared, he could fix it.
Duffy: "If you're liberal, they want you to take public transportation ... the problem is that it's dirty. You have criminals. It's homeless shelters. It's insane asylums. It's a work ground for the criminal element of the city to prey upon the good people."
