SMU's upcoming Wellness Week doesn't do what a good collective agreement will—address real material issues, like low pay and stress from late contracts. We need a fair contract for a healthy workplace, not #UnfairWork!

Today 36 years ago, the Berlin Wall came down. The Eastern German people had stood up against oppression and dictatorship all year and the pressure became too big. The rest is history. Never say the people don't have power. I remember those images and being reunited with our Eastern German cousins ❤️

Lawyers demand answers "If this is true, if these processing times are accurate, it’s shocking," said Claire Houkayem, an Ottawa immigration lawyer with A&C Law Firm. "My clients are fully panicked." Houkayem is demanding clarity and transparency from IRCC as her clients now apparently face decades of living in limbo.
