When a politician says: we’ll deregulate health insurance and send you a “freedom account” check, ask: freedom to buy what? If insurers don’t offer real policies or can cherry-pick only healthy people, that money is a coupon for a store that’s not open.

New brand name meds late in November really suck. Had to start a new med today and since I was on generics prior, I had to pay the $600 deductible and will have to pay it again in January. My insurance doesn’t cover the generic version of this new med. $$ouch!
