Is there anywhere on the web that does an Archers synopsis? I haven't listened in years but I'd like to know roughly what happened over Christmas/New Year without having to actually listen to it

I can now say that my first adult book comes out this year!

Unapologetic Love Story opens with a very fancy black tie event at the V&A. At this party, enemies are made and sparks fly--all because a neurotypical writer gets a bit flustered upon meeting an autistic podcaster whose star is on the rise

Jump Into 2026

I love the secret feature at Nine Elms London Underground station that reveals itself during a sunny day.

If you arrive at the perfect moment, the roundel logo is beautifully projected onto the floor.

So I took Dancer Andreya with me to interact with the scene.

One of the contributors to the book we're publishing in May about Global Football Clubs that are still essential parts of their communities lives in Caracas, 2km from an airfield that was bombed yesterday.

He's been in touch and is OK but obviously concerned about what happens next.

Some people may be considering writing a novel this year.

Good idea!

I thought I'd share some practicalities that have worked for me as a very busy person who also writes.

This is me sharing what I have tested and used. This is not advice.

Reread the previous two sentences.

You may think public libraries have some calculated, objective system for what they acquire...

No.

If your library has a decent manga section, it's only because of 1 to 2 people who 'know' manga, and their boss asks them what to get. Some rando can radically change the vibe of a library collection
