Putting this more simply, Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled to be on the witness stand next month for seven hours and the DC Court's decision on the dispute below could open him up to questions of child harm on Instagram making his Senate hearing look easy.
Interesting pretrial dispute ahead of April FTC trial to break up Meta. Meta argues Instagram and WhatsApp benefited from Facebook ownership in terms of security, child safety and integrity. FTC argues (rightly imho) this opens the door to a wealth of evidence they didn't.🍿
