In 2020 a neo-Nazi attacked an immigration law firm named in the Mail off the back of government briefings and criticism of "activist lawyers". Priti Patel, at least, should have been made to resign. But the trial took so long it can only be fully reported now.

A useful reminder that the Allied army assembled to destroy the Axis in North Africa in the autumn of 1941 was multi-racial and religiously very diverse indeed.

Remain was a warning of danger ahead.

Rejoin is a rescue mission.

The liars, of course, have all moved on to new cons & deceptions. The fishing industry can't. A vaguely honest media would be holding Farage & the rest to account for this instead of promoting a meaningless petition...

Kind of wild how a load of people think they are going to get a general election because they signed an online petition and Starmer isn't as popular at the moment as he was on day 1.
It wasn't that long ago that this happened 👇

Yet another privatisation scheme in utter chaos 🤬

The oral health gap between rich and poor is widening.

Tooth decay remains the no 1 reason a child will end up in hospital.

Properly fund NHS dentistry so everyone who needs care can secure it...

Oh Sunak,
What a day you’ve had. So desperate to be the establishment figurehead on this day of remembrance. But instead, being the handmaiden for fascist thugs marauding through London, ruining Armistice Day with their ugly disrespect.
On your watch.
Invited by you.
For shame.

Responding to the growing controversy around protests planned for 11 November, the IHR's History and Policy publishes this important intervention by Adrian Gregory pointing to the complex and contested nature of Remembrance and its regular reinvention. www.historyandpolicy.org/opinion-arti...
