I sat in the courtroom for this hearing on Thursday and listened to the federal government bend over backwards to try and justify their roving patrols as not at all racist and unconstitutional

They failed spectacularly. Miller’s rhetoric is predictable &dangerous, but also the gov is full of idiots

This is the site of the huge sweeps targeting farm workers earlier today
Greetings! I’m OTG w/ @melbuer.bsky.social in Camarillo, CA. Protesters have been in something of a standoff with federal agents nearby. There are cars parked for nearly one mile from the intersection where I’m told the bulk of protesters are. Protesters still here even though it’s getting dark.

Industry-wide strikes and boycotts can work.

But they only work when they are led by the actual impacted workers, and they take a TON of force. I’m just saying you can’t find that kind of strength on instagram alone

The workers who feed America go to work in fear. We’ve seen these unconstitutional and unamerican tactics before, with Border Patrol targeting random farm workers and anyone with brown skin in Kern County during their large sweep in January. We sued then and we are suing now. 1/

For people not in Los Angeles I understand you are seeing coverage of violence and unrest but it’s all bullshit. It’s normal here except for the massive number of cops surrounding very small scattered protests and maybe some national guard standing around bored. Sorry to disappoint

Instead of fighting to protect American workers, Elissa Slotkin told us she’s decided to work with the GOP to make it easier and cheaper to import vulnerable foreign guest workers.

How does THAT add up to a “war plan” against Trump?
