2025 was a year of historic resilience.

Despite unprecedented challenges, we faught fearlessly to win Know-Your-Rights protections, launched strikes across the state, released multiple reports exposing industry greed, moved legislation, and defended our communities.

In 2026: We won't back down.
Since we started organizing with the Fight for $15 and a Union over a decade ago and continuing today with the California Fast Food Workers Union, we've fought to strengthen civil rights and ensure our members and communities are willing to do whatever it takes to defend them.

This is absurd. How can we plan our tight budgets if our shifts and hours keep getting canceled or changed?

We demand that ICE stop these dangerous operations and leave our communities and workplaces before even more innocent people are hurt or killed. https://bit.ly/4sFzgGL
