On the Charlie Kirk show, Vought said federal firings could hit “north of 10,000” during the shutdown.
Companies lay people off to survive. This is different. He sounded like he’s enjoying the chance to fast-track his agenda. This isn’t about saving money, it’s about sabotaging the government.

Should our curriculum change process be guided by a small group of ideologically-aligned individuals who aren’t employed by the Ministry of Education?
Should our curriculum be written overseas?
Should we care if democratic process is violated?

Happening now: Trump and Bibi are speaking to the press about the Gaza ceasefire proposal.
The real story here is Trump’s mental decline.
It’s getting worse. Much worse.
He’s been rambling incoherently since it began.
It’s jarring.
Somehow the press will find a way to dance around it.

Presidents get too much credit when the American economy is strong & too much blame when it isn’t. But in the case of farmers who can’t sell crops, Trump clearly gets 100% of the blame. Rare when you can point to economic disaster in a sector directly attributable to a president.
