Also, Sabrina Shroff--who represented Sandwich Guy--is a phenomenal attorney. I worked on a matter with Sabrina when I was in practice and have no doubt the defense case was expertly litigated.

This is obviously and rightly being ratioed. But I just want to jump in to express my undying love for New Jersey Transit. Underappreciated and under resourced, but a tremendous public good.

It's worth noting what the shareholder proposal was actually asking the board to do--to prepare and release a report on the "risks" of DEI. The board of Costco, in a move that counts as brave in the current environment, declined to do some right wing group's ideological homework.
