There were bomb threats at 30 public schools in my city yesterday, and more in Springfield. Fake bombs were planted. Children were sent home bc of hate-filled followers of a pedophile. Conservatives, this doesn’t have to be your identity. You do not have to choose that side.

I don’t know stuff like this?
NEW: Letitia James, the New York attorney general, announced that her office will deploy "legal observers" to document ICE activity in NY.

Her office says the effort is the first of its kind by an AG.

Lots of regular degular, never-done-an-activism folks have been activated in recent months and are working alongside a bunch of seasoned, die-hard, been-tired-for-ten-years-or-more organizers, and you don't know all of those stories bc most people are moving with a bit of discretion in these times.

Ian Austin, an Army veteran, was arrested for protesting ICE in Minneapolis. But he’s continued protesting. Senior reporter @julialurie.bsky.social spoke to him.

“When they say, ‘Why would you be out here?’ How the fuck could I not be out here?” he says. “My nation is under attack."

Saying there must be trials isn't just an emotive aspiration.

Congress can:
- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction

It can be done.

This man, who honored life both in action as an ICU nurse at the VA hospital and in words as we see here, was a hero. He was on the streets of his city protecting others when he was gunned down by a rogue paramilitary agency.

🚨 Breaking from the US Senator for Connecticut. 👇

There you have it.

ICE has never been about immigration enforcement.

It's a weapon used to brutalize Americans and stoke enough fear so that Trump can rig the elections and usher in dictatorship.

Maybe you missed the exit ramp when they shot Renee, or the next one when they gassed the kids. Or you ALMOST took the ramp when they kidnapped Liam but there were so many lanes and all those drivers waving you forward. Trump voters, the execution of Alex is another exit ramp. You got this. Let’s go

The horrifying things they are doing are not normal. But being horrified is. You feel sick because you are still human. You still have a soft beating heart and a stomach that twists in knots. They haven’t taken it away. It hurts because you still belong to yourself.

I know there is a lot going on, but this should be everywhere.
Q: Did you uncover evidence to prove Trump knew his claim the election was stolen was false?

SMITH: Yes

Q: And Trump claimed it was stolen while he privately acknowledged he lost?

SMITH: Yes

Q: Yet on the 5th anniversary of J6, Trump still promoted the stolen election theory on a govt webpage
