Being able to cook sometimes feels like magic. I wasn't feeling well today (had one of my chronic GI pain episodes) and by the time I was hungry I wanted soup. I had never made hot and sour soup before but I had a few recipes saved, so I made hot and sour soup and it was delicious and just right! 🍲🪄
