On BBC news they're talking to writer Julian Barnes, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer. The interviewer is like "I put your writing through AI and asked to make a new piece of writing based on your stuff" and I thought "wow, how utterly insulting".

Any time I see someone saying they want to start making comics I always immediately send them the @2000ad.bsky.social submission guidelines. Their guide is just so useful and informative. The guide is just super easy and accessible. Such a good help for anyone starting out

Life On Mars, British crime drama about a cop who is thrown back in time into the 70s. Throughout the whole show it makes you question whether he actually is back in time, if he's really from the 70s but imagining he's from the future, or he's in a coma. The ending absolutely nailed it.
Given that apparently the Stranger Things finale was meh (idk, didn't watch it, just the scuttlebutt) and we're not that far removed from the disastrous GOT finale that retroactively made everyone have never cared about the show:

One thing that is always left out of Christmas Carol adaptations that I think is important in the book is that when Marley leaves, Scrooge looks over the city and sees thousands of spirits.
Just a little suggestion to just how common miserliness and cruelty is and how few can make the change.

How much did Netflix not pay the people who made Klaus? How has it been years and yet there has not been another movie from the same studio? No film has ever looked like it since. I wanted to see more films from this studio with the same techniques, but there's been nothing. What happened?

Comodin Cam has now made separate videos for how Earthspark ruined Megatron and Hot Rod. At this rate I'm expecting a separate video for every single character that appeared in that special (and even some that didn't)
