A lot of scare mongering about the proposed Greenway to Kinsale.

Unfortunately the noisy minority get the headlines

Thought this was a great contribution from Conn Murphy (farmer ) in Ballinhassig to the whole thing (southern star epaper)

I thank God when I kneel to pray
That mine is still the middle way,

Set in a safe & sweet estate
Between the little & the great;

Not troubled with wealth’s cares nor yet
Too poor where needs that carp & fret

Push out sweet leisure & green nooks
& give no chance for talk & books.

This really needs to stop. Hamas’s attack on Israel was horrendous & Israel was within its rights to hit back, but there has to be some limit to the scale & duration of the retaliation. It is not antisemitic to make that case. All hostages should of course be released. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Today, outside Páirc Uí Chaoimh, cyclists to the #CorkTipp match were being stopped from using (the very limited) bike parking facilities. 🤦‍♂️

#Cork hurlers looked excellent this evening.

Unfortunately zero interest in promoting cycling to Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

The handful of bicycle stands by the City End terrace were blocked.

Unsurprising to see traffic backed up for over an hour in all directions after the match finished.
