Sure AI could do art. but would chatGPT have the same sort of joy from finding a correct font for a model in someone randomly uploading hungarian licence plate fonts up online?

Thankyou random hungarian person who decided that this needed. it was.

On a game design front: Persona3R:Aigis is just such a beautiful ending to such a great RPG. I know it gets grief for being 25h of a *very* long dungeon.

But I think thats almost ok. I find with a lot of long games it ends and its just gone; whilst I found the abyss as a goodbye (cont)

The timestamp on this is like 2am and I have no regrets. P3r is a masterclass in game writing and just hitting the player with the theme until they get it.

I love how the local takeaway emails about twice a week about their specials, themed menus and discounts. None of which exist. It's baffling and kinda endearing.

I wish there was some sort of body that ensured game Dev unis and colleges taught students to an appropriate level.

Cause god it's a shame seeing folk who graduated and have been misled by schools of the quality of work that's needed to be employed in 2025.

When you consider the *ecocide* alongside the genocide being perpetrated in Gaza, you begin to grasp the totality of the Israeli state’s attempt to eliminate both the Palestinians and their homeland.

It's almost as if, before the Gaza famine was officially recognised, it was a story, as media organisations could generate controversy by hosting Israeli government spokespeople and our own rightwing blowhards, insisting it was all a fabrication. Now that it can no longer be denied ... no story.
A month ago, the famine in Gaza, deliberately created by the Israeli government, was officially confirmed by UN agencies. Since then, there has been an eerie silence in the media here, with far fewer reports than there were before. But it hasn't ended. On the contrary, it has intensified.
