Congress has a chance to stand for something great: our collective future.
We need legislation to limit DHS own self-granted lawless authority. This should include affirmations of the right to protest & film law enforcement; limits on data gathered or bought by DHS; full memo on the department training on use of force; prosecution for agents who lie about their actions.

A teenage boy was walking home in Minneapolis yesterday when four masked men jumped out of a van & questioned him - with no parent or guardian present.
He was bundled into the van & taken away.
