Another revelation from my revisiting True Blue...
I definitely didn't know Papa Don't Preach was about a pregnancy. I thought "keeping my baby" simply meant she was not going to break up with her boyfriend (baby as in, a term of endearment)

I've decided to revisit some of my favorite albums from when I was a kid, listening to and from work.

I can't wait to be retired so I can be like Kathy and make weird (complimtary) stuff and raise money for animal rescues
Kathy is a retiree out of Pennsylvania who takes these pieces and makes collages of different types of dog breeds and auctions the collages off; all of the profits go to rescues around the country.
She's raised thousands.

Mincing and sautéing ingredients to daintily scoop them into mushroom caps is fussy. Casseroles are not. Serve this as a side to a holiday main or as a cozy snack to be scooped onto toasts or crackers.
