Convinced that most British people want to live in a functioning, decent country where government improves stuff and everyone can thrive.

The vast majority want nothing to do with this imported hate and atmosphere of violence directed at people just trying to live their lives.

Dear parents - Yes you can give your sick child paracetamol if they’re >3 months old. It’s an excellent painkiller. It brings down a high temperature. It’s one of the safest drugs available. You are right to want to soothe your child’s distress. Evidence supports your good parenting. Be confident.

Over 7,000 people affected by macular disease were registered to join online

The employee asked the girl and her mother if they needed help shopping. That’s it. That’s all. The misinformation, the insinuations (because the facts are inconveniently benign) are EXACTLY what was done to lesbians in the 80s. This is the product of hate and fear, not reality.

Very welcome news from Stephen Timms MP, Minister for Disability, this week - announcing the Government’s intention to develop a Plan for Disability, which will set out a clear vision of what this Government is aiming to achieve for disabled people in the longer term and next steps.

Finish work and head to the garden to listen to the cricket

Immediately stung by a bee, and discover England are in the process of collapsing

My neighbour then starts spray painting something, enveloping me in noxious fumes

Should have stayed at my desk

‼️Breaking: the UK Government’s welfare bill passed, but with a significant last-minute concession.

Any changes to PIP will now only happen after the Government’s forthcoming review which they promise will “co-produced” with disabled people.

Here’s our take on the news: 1/3

With Sly Stone and Brian Wilson dying in one week I wish there were more opportunities for people just to go weird in art and make art that makes new paths. There's so many people never get to answer the question 'what would art made of me be like?' and then get to make it. Viva weirdness. Viva art.
