Think it’s time for me to finally acknowledge that it’s pretty unlikely that I’m gonna get back around to Legend of the River King on the 3DS, a game I last played in 2014 on a console I think I’ve lost.

Travelling back in time to explain to the alchemists that they shouldn’t feel too bad about not getting transmutation nailed because it actually requires recreating the origin of the universe.

Every time I’ve tried to learn about Gnosticism I come away feeling like I know even less about Gnosticism, which I suppose is very in keeping for esoteric knowledge.
someone turned my post about Gnosticism into a meme and there are comments like “ugh this will draw more attention to Gnosticism” and like why are you gatekeeping knowledge of the malevolent demiurge? it feels like if that’s what’s going on then it’s something we should probably be telling people

What’s a comic book costume you know is terrible but you love it anyways?

Azrael Batman, you had truly terrible taste in capes but I still love you.

If I go into any podcast service right now I guarantee there are at least five podcast episodes about life on Mars. Why would anyone want slop from nowhere that’s incorrect?

Saw this and thought “Wow! Can’t believe Sonic has been around that long!”

Completely forgetting it is also my 35th anniversary this year.

ok stay with me on this one... sometimes you have writer's block because you're not in Text World. you have to read until you're back in Text World. if you don't read, you're writing in the real world. sentences won't feel right or they'll look goofy. not in Text World though

I dropped off Twisted Pixel when they moved into VR stuff, but I’ve got fond memories of ‘Splosion Man and The Maw back in the days of XBLA. Shame to see them go out like this. Fucking Facebook, man.

Gooooooooood movie. Worth the ticket price for that music montage scene alone.
Finally going to see Sinners tomorrow. I am truly at the front of all the cool movie trends.

Currently reading a chapter every evening of Imajica by Clive Barker because it’s like 1200 pages long. Very grubby fantasy and the world building seems interesting, although no-one could accuse Clive of rushing the plot.
