I just heard an ad that said “Ford was built on the belief that no can tell you what you can’t do” and man if I were Ford corp the LAST thing I’d want to remind anyone is the beliefs of Henry Ford 🫣

the fact that Sandwich Guy is facing this 'wich trial at all is evidence of subpar justice. he is a hero being put through the judicial grinder. i hope the jury wraps up a not guilty verdict without delay or loafing around

This sounded a little too good to be true
I've been asked about this paper (www.nature.com/articles/s41...) enough times that I finally had to read it.

The basic claim is that mRNA vaccines had huge synergistic benefit with checkpoint blockade against lung cancer melanoma.

tl;dr it's glam-slop & everyone involved should be embarrassed
SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines sensitize tumours to immune checkpoint blockade - Nature
mRNA vaccines targeting SARS-CoV-2 also sensitize tumours to immune checkpoint inhibitors.

Neat trick if you polycolonal ab's suck. Incubate them with fixed cells with a KO of your protein of interest, then spin. Protocol here: www.med.upenn.edu/markslab/ass...
I was amazed how well it worked on first try (I'm sure that I can completely eliminate unspecific bands)

I would love it if there was a season of Bake Off where the showstoppers were simply like “bake 3 types of biscuits, a dozen each”. Really sick of these insane architectural challenges

Whether or not you agree with his policies (which I largely do!), it's clear from every second of every communication he's put out, in every medium, that he genuinely loves NYC and wants to make it the best city it can be. He doesn't have ulterior motives: that's his laser focus.

It doesn't matter if they are ever coming for you.

It was always ever already too much that they were coming for anyone.

Yes. The litmus test has to be "all people are people, and equal to me and you." This includes Palestinian people and trans people: there is only one answer: *yes.*

All counterarguments are saying in effect "no, they're not people, and they are not equal to me and you." Nonstarter.

Every time I hang out in Philly I ask myself “why did I ever leave?”

Oh, that’s right! Family & the love of my hometown and home state.

But mannnn. Love this city!
