There’s truly no point in any of this conversation. It’s not a mystery. He’s getting rid of people he finds ancillary and who he doesn’t need to control the messaging. Because controlling the messaging is the only reason he owns the thing.

It’s just the propaganda arm of his business.

This debate or discourse or discussion about why Bezos is dismantling WaPo or whether or not more subscriptions or boycotts could change things or how he could fund it easily is pointless. It’s moot.

Bezos bought the Post to control the narrative and push his agenda. Financials don’t matter.

¡Oye!

1. It is not required that anyone pass on their genes.

2. To blame women is telling on yourself.

3. Shutting the fuck up is free.
📢 “A huge amount of men between the age of 15 and 50 will not pass on their genes. They will effectively die out of the gene pool ... Should society intervene?” Steven Bartlett asked last year.
Two top podcasters have identified a global decline. The problem, they say, is women

I own licenses for multiple versions of Final Fantasy Tactics and Ogre Tactics on several platforms, PlayStation, X-Box, Steam. I think my Steam versions might require a controller, it's been a while since I checked.

What sold me on CachyOS (Arch) was their implementation of Wine. In Linux Mint it's a barely useful mess. In CachyOS it's polished, and .exe apps are easily handled off screen.

A small study found that exposure to lead—a dangerous heavy metal—has fallen by a factor of more than 100 since the 1960s.

However, the researchers warn that all the gains in lead exposure could be reversed if pollution policies change. bit.ly/4ryhLH2

Among many strange things about the Epstein-Ambani correspondence is that an Indian billionaire was arranging meetings b/n Trump & Modi and Modi & Barak. It’s almost like we live in an oligarchic world or something 🥴

Trump said “I’ll leave Bangladesh to Modi.” He is inviting Modi to take over Bangladesh. It’s fucked.

As @farhanasultana.com clearly explains, Hindutva loves other supremacists. They leverage a shared politics of grievance, hate against minorities, media manipulation, & violence to maintain power.

How Narendra Modi’s cult of personality was formed by a powerful Hindu nationalist group with a dark history
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was formed in 1925 to unite Hindus. Today, its far-right nationalist ideology has gone mainstream thanks to Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party.
