When is a laptop not a laptop? When it’s an iPad Pro.
The iPad Pro went on sale 10 years ago today. At the time, many saw it as just a bigger iPad.

A decade later, though, the iPad Pro has changed. Rather than try to make it into something other than a laptop, Apple made it… a laptop.

This is coming to America if our president has his way. So far he has.
Russia has sentenced an 18-year-old artist to prison for the third time for singing songs critical of the Kremlin.

Diana Loginova, the young street performer, was sentenced to 13 days in jail in St. Petersburg for performing songs by opposition artists in public.

The goal of Spotify’s algorithm isn’t to help you discover new music, its goal is simply to keep you listening for as long as possible. It serves up the safest songs possible to keep you from pressing stop.

Jesus Christ what’s going on in Charlotte? Hint: nothing.
Rep. Pat Harrigan: "I have asked Josh Stein, our governor, to consider working with President Trump to allow the National Guard to come into Charlotte ... use the National Guard as a force multiplier and they can a lot of load off the Charlotte PD."

A 15 year car loan? The car will be ready to be replaced by the time it gets paid off.
The amortization schedule really tells the story. With a 50-year mortgage, buyers wouldn't build any equity. Fortunately, looks like the WH is backing off and blaming this bad idea on Pulte. But another proposal, 15-year car loans, might be coming ... yikes.

Grateful for this Delta flight attendant for providing some clarity on the upcoming changes to flights during the holidays.

America’s future: a home you’ll never actually own and an education you can’t afford. But hey, lots of people will be “homeowners” right?
A 50 year mortgage like the Republicans are now pushing is basically a subscription service to your own home! Especially given the average age of the first-time home buyer is now ~40 yo. Do you realistically think you’ll be around at 90 when you pay it off? It’s not ownership, it’s a subscription…

Trump isn’t going to do anything to address ridiculous prices, but he will let you mortgage a house for 50 years!

His banker buddies will LOVE that. A $400,000 house will cost you a million dollars over 50 years.

What’s next, 10 year auto loans? 🤢
Trump and his cronies are now pushing 50-year mortgages.

Buckle up. This is going to make the 2008 mortgage crisis look like the good old days.
