It learns to encode 2D object outlines into descriptors that are invariant to several geometric transformations.

We’re helping to decode how gene enhancers control gene expression and impact disease progression – with funding from BBSRC & @ukri.org.

As part of the project, we will build a single-cell enhancer map starting with a few key genomic regions in zebrafish.
