Anyone around a newborn should make sure they are up to date on Tdap (not just Td) vaccine. You need one every 10 years. It's a cocooning strategy to protect baby from being exposed to pertussis.

(Make sure you got the Tdap which has the pertussis part. Td has tetanus and diphtheria only.)

Certain kinds of food are not morally virtuous. You’re doing the Calvinist shit when you judge someone who’s trying to get by for getting like…protein bars and spices or cake mixes.
This is not something I want to do, but as someone who was food insecure for a long time, here are some ways to get the most out of what you can get.
