A #UCP MLA suggested that women in Alberta need less access to abortion & reproductive healthcare.
Another compared gender-affirming care for trans youth to the castration of cattle.

Dehumanizing & ignorant.

The UCP uses Sec. 33 as a standard governing tactic
to silence #Albertans, like fascists.

This fellow was damn impressive, Sweden's attitude as conveyed by him was straightforward. Dealing with a country like Sweden would be so much less EXHAUSTING and would not come with the frequent humiliating US condescension we're subjected to. Sweden wants a partner, the US wants subservience.

How would an MLA know which constituents vote in a provincial elections? This information is privileged only to Elections Alberta.

Also, any elector can initiate a recall, irrelevant of whether they vote. UCP wrote this law.

#ableg
Wait WHAT?!?

Dale Nally somehow audited the voting records of Albertans and is using that as a metric for who can initiate recall?

And now all of the applicant statements and member statements have been removed from Elections Alberta?

This government’s legislative agenda?
we are seeing bills that dismantle:

❌ Public Healthcare
❌ Public Education
❌ Minority Rights

Where are the bills that address:
✅ Cost of Living
✅ Unemployment
✅ Housing & Homelessness

Our priorities are backwards.Better is possible.

Like listen to the cons in the background, they're always like this.

Always disruptive. Always rude.

They have no place in the government, this is a maple maga cult.

Good job pointing out 70% hate lil pp though.

We need to restore sanity in our government and vote all christo-fascist cons out.

I find it really hard to separate conversations when multiple people are talking, why are the cons allowed to deprive me of the ability to understand our governments public actions?

Government needs to be fixed and the frat party cons need to be booted out of canada so we can get stuff done.

Every time I watch the government question period cons are screaming and yelling over the liberal government and this is just ridiculous, why are we paying for this?

Is there no rules to keep order? Why do the cons get to yell and scream?

It's been interesting to see the responses from UCP MLAs subject to a recall petition.

Some focus on their records. Others argue its undemoractic.

A couple have gone personal. Angela Pitt challenged the principal leading hers, while Dale Nally got his petitioner's voting info.
Dale Nally's recall petitioner says he doesn't listen to constituents and cites his concerns over the notwithstanding clause.

Nally responds by saying the petitioner doesn't vote and works as a proxy for a group weaponizing the recall act and the petition has no merit.
