There have always been a lot of establishment figures in the BBC you have to wonder if they have anything to hide 🤔
Why is the BBC defending Trump over the Epstein allegations?
The BBC has hit a new low, running one of the most disgraceful pieces of propaganda ever in defence of paedophile president Donald Trump.

This is from Gordon Brown's statement.

They've all had the Epstein files for months.

They've all been lobbying to keep it under wraps.

We don't hate them enough.
"On September 10 last year, I wrote to the Cabinet Secretary to ask him to investigate the veracity of information contained in the Epstein papers about the sale of assets arising from the banking collapse and communications about them between Lord Mandelson and Mr Epstein.

In Springfield, Ohio, people are preparing in advance of a “large deportation” promised by the president. To all appearances, the city is 2 or 3 days from a federal ethnic cleansing, grounded in a hate campaign organized by the vice-president and American Nazis.

Among the many things that are wild about all this is that the fact Peter Mandelson was leaking to a notorious paedophile isn't even relevant to the crimes he has clearly committed—that's just the reason we found out

Do we think Ava was the only person who was savvy enough to work out that there was something funny going on, or was she only one unwise enough to say it live on ITV
Ava said Mandelson was acting as an advisor to the party and Balls says that’s maybe just what Peter wants people to think. She then said this. Did not go down well it seems, but I think we can assume she was correct.

New Finland film screenings in Ullapool, Largs, Prestwick & Dumfries - plus Edin date shifted. This week Perth, Nairn & Inverness. First big screening at Tayport filled to capacity. A big relief - few have visited so I worried folk wouldn't be able to relate. All details at lesleyriddoch.com/events

Just not on the 5-7 March, please. Going to the motherland to see a gig.

I’m old enough to remember Labour pledging to abolish the House of Lords in their manifesto.

So Spineless Starmer saying he ‘cannot’ is patent bollocks.

With his overweening majority he could use Mandelson as *the* reason to shutter the Lords and replace it

The first set of revelations that prompted The Lord Mandelson to be ousted were just *the first set of revelations*.

The initial tranche of Epstein files released was ~1,000 pages, the second tranche was *three million*.

Did they think the bad times were over? Are these people actual children?

My timfoil hat theory is that there was a purposeful effort to get Rowling tweeting all-transphobia all-the-time in part to discourage the organized social justice movement that had formed around the fandom and had had some real-world impacts (see e.g.: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fandom_...)

I sound VERY tinfoil hat and I ain’t ashamed: JK Rowling invited Epstein to the opening on her cash-grab Harry Potter play in 2018 which is also the time she started being QUITE the transphobic tweeter. She also despised Corbyn and was ALWAYS posting about that. McSweeney is Mandelson’s protégé.

Remember that Mandelson quote? "We are intensely relaxed about people getting filthy rich, as long as they pay their taxes". By "we" he meant the Labour government. Turns out that he - as a government minister - was lobbying on behalf of his filthy rich chums to ensure they paid less tax.
