Today, Jack Smith explained he had enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Donald Trump tried to overturn the election illegally, tried to get fake electors, and in a separate case, stole classified documents and tried to hide them.

Wow, didn’t realize this was a concern. Anybody else scaring (and terrorizing) little kids in Minnesota these days? Anyone at all?

I saw Green Day live in August 2024 and they changed some lyrics to be explicitly anti-MAGA, so fingers crossed they cause some shit on live tv.
LMAO...the NFL, responding to right wing criticism of having Bad Bunny performing the Super Bowl halftime, has added Green Day to the championship. You know, the guys that wrote "American Idiot". What could possibly go wrong....hehe.

Missouri: Senator Eric Schmitt wants to know if America is stronger than today than it was a year ago, a laughable proposition but still we should brigade his asinine poll with a truthful “No” (since “Holy fuck, no, you dumbass partisan hack” isn’t an option).

This is, in my opinion, not only the correct moral/ethical/legal position but also the correct political framing. Everyone can see the agency is out of control; everyone can see that it is constantly violating human rights. "Scrap it and start over" is the moderate position.
Mamdani: "I am in support of abolishing ICE. What we see is an entity that has no interest in fulfilling its stated reason to exist. We're seeing a government agency that is supposed to be enforcing some kind of immigration law, but instead what it's doing is terrorizing people."
