Once again, everything Trump touches dies. He managed to destroy the Kennedy Center.

The increasing use of the R word is ostensibly a pendulum swing on “language policing”. Boiling it down, though, it dehumanizes or “others” people not just historically marginalized, but currently (and increasingly, in many contexts) marginalized. As an aside, It’s also lazy.

News media, you need to stop reporting the old way. Stop reading that #DHS statement. Don’t give it air. We all can see with our eyes that didn’t happen. Stop giving it air & call out the lie. The #shooting in #Minneapolis was an execution in plain sight.
