On NPR on Friday, there was a story of a 4-year-old--an American citizen--who hasn't left her house since early December, not even to play in the yard. And her 8-year-old brother recently stopped going to school, too. Their father is undocumented, and the family doesn't want to risk him being taken.

Saying there must be trials isn't just an emotive aspiration.
Congress can:
- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction
It can be done.

You got it: deflation is the process of nominal prices of goods and services going down over time. Intuitively it might seem good: things get cheaper for consumers, hooray! Again I apologize for belaboring this point, but I really haven't seen it mentioned by any mainstream source: if you go frame by frame, it is exceedingly clear the shooter recorded most or all of the encounter on his phone, and was likely recording at the exact moment he shot her.
