Embarrassed to be an EU citizen today. Instead of instant and total condemnation, weak support is given. WTAF.
I have spoken with Secretary of State Marco Rubio and our Ambassador in Caracas. The EU is closely monitoring the situation in Venezuela.

Which means it’s now the US administration’s position that US courts can hold foreign presidents, but not the US president, accountable for crimes.

We finally found the source for American newspaper weights and measures!
I got this rather fabulous book about then, there was also a children’s encyclopaedia, and at least one 1940s-ish on a bookshelf at grandma & grandad’s house.

I’ve owned a W169 A-Class, so I’m definitely one of those people who would put real money down on a new kei van if they were available here. Problem is, here isn’t there, and he’s not my president anymore.

One thing that I now realize is that I’ve only owned one sedan (the Audi, my first car) and everything since then has had a hatch (wagon, hatchback, or SUV). In the US, that was no easy feat and definitely went against the grain!
